R.T. Arnold - Partner R.T.’s professional expertise in both operations and finance stems from his prior experience in politics and his work in investment banking. R.T. served as the Deputy Campaign Manager for the Eristoff for New York State Senate Campaign. Prior to that, R.T. spent five years working at Merrill Lynch as an investment banker in both New York and London specializing in Financial Institutions M&A and High Yield finance. R.T. earned his A.B. from Duke University as a double-major in Economics and French, and also received an M.B.A. from the Wharton School. R.T. is a founding member of a not-for-profit supporting after school programs in greater Philadelphia. R.T. has also spent significant time working on East African economic development.

Rush McCloy - Partner Rush McCloy built his professional career in finance and in entrepreneurial management. Mr. McCloy started his career in investment banking and then in derivates origination and structuring for Chase Securities. Mr. McCloy subsequently founded and ran Epache, Inc., a knowledge management software company. Before Channelstone, Mr. McCloy worked in the private equity industry for Allianz Capital Partners in Munich, Germany. Mr. McCloy received his MBA from the Wharton Business School, where he received the Paul Green Award for Knowledge Creation, an MA from the University of Pennsylvania, where he graduated with honors, and his BA from the University of Virginia. Mr. McCloy serves as an Officer in the Navy Reserve, founded and sits on the board of Students4Students, serves on the Executive Committee of Deerfield Academy, and is an active member of the American Council on Germany.
